Welcome to the most well-known geisha street in the old capital, Hanamikoji. Geisha, the graceful women elegantly mastering in art, music, dance, and a variety of artistic performances after years of training, are greatly respected and adored. Geisha may be translated to “artist” and they dance, sing and entertain everyone.
In Hanamikoji, two players compete to earn the favors of the seven geisha masters by collecting the performance items with which they excel. With careful speculation and sometimes a few bold moves, you may earn the essential items by giving away the less critical ones. Can you outsmart your opponent and win the most favors of the geisha?
Hanamikoji is a beautiful,light strategy, 2-player card game. Each player takes turn to performs four unique actions, in conjunction with the cards on hand, you must delivery the items to the Geisha to gain their affection and points. The nerve wrecking back and forth is almost like pursuing the girl of your dreams. Let’s bring back the sweet memories by playing a game of Hanamikoji.
At the beginning of each turn, player draw 1 card from the deck, then perform one of the 4 actions, to gift the item cards. Once both players have performed all 4 actions, scores will be calculated. Geishas will favor the player who gave the most gifts. Whoever wins 11 points or favor of 4 Geisha wins.
