We are always working on adding on to and improving the website to provide you the best customer experience possible. To that end we are always collecting and listening to your feedback. One of the most requested features is a way to be notified when a product is back in stock. That demand has finally been answered and we are excited to show off our new back in stock system! When you visit the page of a product that is out of stock, you will be have the option to enter your email and be notified when the item is back in stock.  Once you click the notify me button, you are emailed as soon as the item comes back in stock. Just make sure to check you emails or else someone else might see it first and snag it from you!

Following the guidance of the Government, we will be reopening our retail storefront to the public as of Tuesday May 19th. Our store hours will now be 12:00pm-9:00pm Monday to Saturday, with the store being closed on Sunday.We ask that all of our customers maintain proper social distancing and do not visit the store if you are sick. The gaming room will remain closed during this time to help us maintain a safe environment for you to shop. We will also be limiting the amount of visitors at a given time to allow for an appropriate amount of space between customers. We are excited to be open again after the long wait and are eager to see you all again.

Hello everyone. In the interest of making the site even more straightforward and easy to use, we are rolling out some changes to streamline how Local Pickup works. Now when you want to pickup your order in store, simply select the new tab that will appear on checkout. From there you will be able to quickly proceed with the checkout process.  When your order is ready you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Let us know what you think of the new process!

You may have noticed that several of our card images have improved in quality, both in resolution and color depth. This is part of our ongoing effort to make sure the site is as friendly and accessible as possible so that you can find what you need quickly. We call this effort Project Clarity and we are excited to be publishing these changes today. Due to the high volumes Canada Post is facing, there have been some changes to the normal shipping process and this will affect all orders shipped through them. The most important of these changes is the fact that Delivery Standards are not enforced. Canada Post will make their best effort to meet deadlines, but some parcels may arrive later then expected.We have also noticed some postal delays with lettermail, and as a result we will no longer be offering the "Single Card Lettermail (No Tracking, 11 cards or more)" shipping option until the situation has been resolved. We will keep monitoring the scenario and will adjust to changes as they are presented. Dear Patrons of Gamer's Lair,  As you have no doubt heard, the Province of Ontario will be closing down non-essential businesses as of Wednesday. Although we will be closing down the retail storefront, we will still be fully functional online. All of our customers may still place orders through our website, which is fully up to date with all of our inventory.If you are not familiar with our site, we accept payment from Paypal, Credit Cards or e-Transfer. If you would rather place an order over the phone, this is also something we are able to help with.
